Chocolate Brownie Recipe
ingrédients:
195 g good dark chocolate
90g salted butter
200 g flour
180 g of sugar cane
3 eggs
100g coarsely chopped hazelnuts
90 g of milk chocolate chips
90 g of dark chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 °.
Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave and let cool.
Beat the eggs and add the butter-chocolate mixture.
Add the sugar and flour, mix gently.
Add the hazelnuts and dark chocolate chips.
Pour into a mold covered with a sheet of parchment paper and add the milk chocolate chips on top.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
