Cheddar Chicken Casserole
1 pound boneless chicken, cut into pieces, skin removed
1 box of cream of cheddar Campbell
2 cups of broccoli florets bleached
100 g mozzarella cheese grated
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup of white wine
1 cup of minute rice
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken with the onion and garlic. Season to taste. Add the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
2. Incorporate the box of cream of cheddar, broccoli and rice.
3. Put in a flat pyrex 8 inches by 11 inches. Cover with cheese and put in the oven preheated to 350 F during 20-25 minutes.
